Delivery and payment


We accept orders via email dialog@viawave.sk

Tweeters are sent to the customer within two business days after receiving payment. Delivery from Slovakia within the EU is carried out by transport companies or by mail, at the request of the customer. The delivery method outside the EU is selected in agreement with the customer.

Payment

We accept payment to an IBAN account in a Slovak bank. Payment via PayPal is also possible.

Guarantee

The Guarantee term (limit) for true ribbon tweeters is two years from the moment our customer got them. The Guarantee includes the quality of fitting, electric and acoustic settings of the tweeters, and delivery. The Guarantee doesn’t include mechanical damage.
